Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Jet Auto Wash provides express car wash packages, unlimited wash memberships, vacuum stations, a mobile application, and gift card services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facilities, services, and any related products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services and purchase memberships.

3. Vehicle Requirements

To ensure safe operation of our automated wash system, your vehicle must meet the following requirements:

• Vehicle must be suitable for automated car wash systems
• All loose items, antennas, and external accessories must be removed or secured
• Vehicle must not have excessive debris, mud, or foreign materials
• All windows, doors, and sunroofs must be fully closed
• Side mirrors must be in standard driving position
• Vehicle must be in neutral (or park for automatic transmissions as directed)

4. Prohibited Vehicles

The following vehicles are prohibited from using our wash facilities:

• Vehicles with cracked or damaged windshields or windows
• Vehicles with loose or damaged body parts, trim, or molding
• Vehicles with aftermarket modifications that may interfere with wash equipment
• Vehicles exceeding standard dimensions for our equipment
• Vehicles with fluid leaks that may contaminate our water reclamation system
• Motorcycles, trailers, or vehicles with attached equipment

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, our liability is limited under the following terms:

Maximum liability shall be limited to the lesser of:

• $500 CAD, or
• The actual cost to repair the damage

Jet Auto Wash is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, failure to comply with vehicle requirements, loose or improperly secured items, aftermarket modifications, or normal wear and tear.

6. Claims Process

If you believe your vehicle has been damaged during a wash, you must report the damage immediately to a staff member before leaving the premises. Claims reported after leaving the facility cannot be processed. Our staff will document the claim and provide you with the necessary forms and next steps.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for services is as follows:

• We accept major credit and debit cards
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus applicable HST
• Membership payments are processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership privileges

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the following terms:

• Gift cards do not expire (unless otherwise required by law)
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards may be used for any wash package or service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Jet Auto Wash are owned by Jet Auto Wash and T.G. Hammond Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

Jet Auto Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
