Wash Club Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Agreement

By enrolling in the Wash Club membership program, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Wash Club provides unlimited car wash access for a single registered vehicle at our facility during operating hours.

2. Billing and Payment

The subscription fee will be an automatic recurring monthly charge to the Subscriber's credit card. Billing terms are as follows:

• Your credit card will be charged on the date of purchase and renewed monthly on the anniversary date
• By enrolling, you authorize automatic monthly charges to your credit card
• Subscription rates are subject to change with notice
• All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the mobile app
• Cancellations by email or phone require a minimum of 5 business days notice
• To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact Jet Auto Wash within 60 days of the original purchase date
• No refunds are provided for non-use of the membership
• No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining your account information:

• You may update your contact and billing information through the mobile app
• Your license plate information must match your subscription to access our facilities
• You must maintain a valid email address and phone number on file
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is current and valid

5. Payment Issues

In the event of payment issues:

• Failed charges will result in immediate suspension of wash privileges
• Your account will be deactivated after 20 days without a valid payment method
• Reactivation of a deactivated account requires paying the current retail pricing for your membership tier
• Promotional pricing may not be available for reactivated accounts

6. Vehicle Registration

Your Wash Club membership is linked to a specific vehicle via License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. Your registered license plate allows automatic access to our wash tunnel. If you change vehicles, you must update your license plate information through the mobile app before visiting.

7. Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all Wash Club memberships:

• Membership is valid for a single vehicle only
• Fraudulent use of the membership will result in immediate termination without refund
• Membership benefits cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or coupons
• Membership pricing does not apply to special event promotions
• Membership is non-transferable to another person or vehicle without prior approval

8. Company Rights

Jet Auto Wash reserves the following rights:

• To increase subscription rates with reasonable notice to subscribers
• To modify this agreement at any time without prior notice
• To close locations temporarily or permanently for weather, holidays, regulatory compliance, or equipment failure
• To refuse service to any vehicle that does not meet our safety requirements
• To terminate memberships for violation of these terms

9. Service Availability

While we strive to provide consistent service, wash access may be temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. No credits or refunds will be provided for temporary service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
